PLEASE READ: By placing an order on BuyMyAC.com, you agree to the following terms. Disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration (no class actions).

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all purchases on BuyMyAC.com. We may update them at any time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Orders include equipment, installation, and a standard kit. Optional upgrades may cost extra. Orders may be accepted or rejected at our discretion.

3. Availability

All orders depend on manufacturer/distributor inventory. Your installer will bring the equipment on install day.

4. All Sales Final

Sales are final unless covered by our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee or cancellation policy.

5. Cancellations

If you cancel after confirmation but before installation, we may refund you minus a 25% fee.

6. Buyer Requirements

You must be 18+ with a valid payment method. All info provided must be accurate.

7. Pricing

If we find a pricing error, you’ll have the option to confirm or cancel. If canceled, you’ll receive a full refund.

8. Payment

Your card will be charged once payment is authorized.

9–10. Ownership & Payment Security

We retain ownership until full payment clears. If payment fails, we may remove the equipment.

11. Installation

You’ll be contacted within 1 business day to schedule a site visit. Structural work is not included and may incur extra charges.

12. 90-Day Guarantee

Not satisfied? Contact us within 90 days. We’ll attempt to resolve the issue. If not resolved, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement after inspection.

13. Installers

In Arizona, installations may be handled directly by BuyMyAC.com LLC and Bolt Home Services LLC

14. Warranties & Liability

Units are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We do not manufacture units and aren’t liable for warranty failures. Our maximum liability is your purchase price.

15–17. Additional Legal Terms

We’re not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control. You may not assign these terms without our consent.
