Once your order is placed, our in-house, licensed BOLT technician (Powered by Paradigm Shift) will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a free job-site visit.

One of our highly trained techs will come out to verify that the correct unit was ordered and confirm the installation location is suitable and ready. We’ll assess site conditions, system compatibility, and any potential challenges before installation begins.

This visit includes:

• Confirming the system type, size, and heat source match your home

• Verifying access, clearances, electrical setup, and code compliance 

• Ensuring everything is ready for a clean, professional install with no last-minute surprises 

• Giving you peace of mind that your investment is properly matched and planned before any work starts
  

Not sure if your unit really needs to be replaced? No problem. We also offer free second opinions, our skilled repair techs will inspect your system and let you know if it can be fixed before recommending replacements.

Step 4: Professional Installation

Installation is handled by BOLT – Powered by Paradigm Shift, our licensed, bonded, and insured in-house service division. Most installations are completed within 72 hours of inspection approval.
